Thanksgiving Produce Bag
Feature fresh, local produce on your dinner table this holiday! ECO is offering a produce bag for Thanksgiving so you and your loved ones can enjoy healthy, sustainably grown produce as a part of your meal.
The Thanksgiving bag will include:
-Cooking Green: Collards
-Choice of Sweet Potatoes or Potatoes
-Salad Mix
-Herb/aromatics bunch and Garlic
Produce preferences will be honored on a first come basis for those who submit their order form AND payment.
Cost and payment: The cost of the produce bag is $20. To confirm your order, payment must be submitted by Monday, November 20.
How to order: Complete the order on our website by Monday, November 20.
Pick-up: Produce bags will be available for pick-up Tuesday, Nov 22 from 3-5pm at the Edmonston Farm (4913 Crittenden Street Edmonston, MD 20781).

Winter Greens CSA
When are the pickup dates?
The Winter CSA season will begin on December 7th and run until March 28th. A share will be distributed on the following dates:
- Thursday 12/7
- Thursday 12/21
- Thursday 1/18
- Thursday 2/1
- Thursday 2/15
- Thursday 2/29
- Thursday 3/14
- Thursday 3/28
Please note that shares are mostly (with the exception of January) distributed every other week. We will be taking a long break for the holidays from mid-December to mid-January.
What’s in the CSA?
Each share will be different, and will have 5-6 items from what’s growing in our high tunnels, or in cold storage from the fall. Our winter offerings include delicious treats like curly and dino (lacinato) kale, carrots, beets, collard greens, garlic, swiss chard, turnips, spinach, lettuce, herbs, and more.
How much does the Winter CSA cost?
The price is $22 a week for a CSA share, for a total of $176 for the season. The price is $44 a week for a double CSA share, for a total of $352 for the season.
