How’s it work? Members sign up and pay for the season ahead of time, then pick up their share of produce each week. Members will receive an email newsletter each week with a list of that week’s produce, recipe ideas and any updates.
When are the pickup dates?
The Winter CSA season will begin on December 7th and run until March 28th. A share will be distributed on the following dates:
- Thursday 12/7
- Thursday 12/21
- Thursday 1/18
- Thursday 2/1
- Thursday 2/15
- Thursday 2/29
- Thursday 3/14
- Thursday 3/28
Please note that shares are mostly (with the exception of January) distributed every other week. We will be taking a long break for the holidays from mid-December to mid-January.
What’s in the CSA?
Each share will be different, and will have 5-6 items from what’s growing in our high tunnels, or in cold storage from the fall. Our winter offerings include delicious treats like curly and dino (lacinato) kale, carrots, beets, collard greens, garlic, swiss chard, turnips, spinach, lettuce, herbs, and more.
How much does the Winter CSA cost?
The price is $22 a week for a CSA share, for a total of $176 for the season. The price is $44 a week for a double CSA share, for a total of $352 for the season.
