Autumn Woods – Cooking Demo: Sautéed Eggplant Salad

Sade Anderson is one of ECO’s resident cooking gurus. For the next few weeks, Sade, who is developing her own food/nutrition consulting practice, will be staging food demos at the Autumn Woods Farm Stand (6100 Emerson St, Bladensburg, MD), Saturdays from 9 AM – 12 PM.
